The profile survey provides an overall picture of the candidate / employee. The following profiles are included here: the way of thinking, the professional interest and character traits. The latter profile addresses, among other things, self-awareness, basic attitude, decision-making skills and judgment. This study also consists of a questionnaire that determines the profile of the position to be filled, the function model study. If the profile search is combined with the job model search, it can be determined to what extent the person’s profile fits the job in question. The result of the profile research is a personality report and a management report. The elaboration of the research can also be used for a coaching report. The duration of the study is 60-90 minutes.
