The customer-friendliness survey is used when hiring new staff or assessing existing staff and measures two things.

 

The customer-friendliness survey is used when hiring new staff or assessing existing staff and measures two things.
a) To what extent does the candidate match the job profile (Job model). This results in a matching percentage. The match provides an overview of 8 behavioral factors and 2 competencies, namely arithmetic and language (at MBO level)
b) To what extent does the candidate (applicant / employee) match with the perspective that the company has with regard to customer-friendliness. This results in a different match and the test also gives a result on the questions that have been drawn up with regard to customer-friendliness. Here the deviation between company and candidate is made transparent.
